Applied Apologetics

 This course is designed to instruct students on how to offer practical arguments in interpretation and defense of the Christian faith as it relates to the sovereignty of God, the authenticity of Old and New Testament scripture, and the deity of Jesus Christ.  Several of the fallacies used to support, and argue against, the aforementioned is addressed.

Church Leadership and Ethics

 This course is designed to instruct and inspire students toward leadership attributes and ethics that are built and established on biblical principles and standards. This course is centered on knowing and understanding the importance of personal behavior, integrity, authority, and standards of conduct, as well as knowing how to incorporate spiritual revelation and discernment for Christian service and to lead church functions and ministries.

Conducting Sacred Ceremonies

 This course is designed to instruct and equip students in conducting sacred services related to the Christian faith. Instructions and training include weddings, water baptism, communion, baby dedication, home dedication, and funerals. This course is centered on equipping those serving in a leadership positions on how to carry out sacred ceremonies in the spirit of reverence and honor, while also maintaining decorum and following appropriate etiquette and protocol.

Conversations for Couples

 This course is designed to enhance spousal relationships, to include knowing the conversations that couples should have early and often. The acronym F.I.R.S.T is used as a method to help couples properly prioritize what should be first in their relationship.  This course inspires cognitive and behavioral changes in managing household finances, adjusting to the dynamics and idiosyncrasies of a blending of two individuals/families, and being aware of infiltration that can derail a relationship.

Canvassing the Old Testament

This course is centered on knowing and understanding events that encompassed nearly 4,000 years, which includes 39 books. From the book of Genesis to the book of Malachi, this course is designed to unpack the layers of historical and cultural information held within the Old Testament. Study of events prior to the great flood, events immediately after the flood, and the call of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Israel) are discussed, as well as the exploits of Moses, Joshua, Daniel, and Jeremiah.

Canvassing the New Testament

 This course is centered on knowing and understanding events that encompasses nearly 2,000 years, which includes 27 books and some 13 authors. From the book of Matthew to the book of Revelations, this course is designed to unpack the layers of historical information within the New Testament cannon, as well as a study of the development of Christianity unto the present day. Old Testament prophecies regarding Jesus' birth, His miracles, His death, and His resurrection are discussed.

This course is designed to elevate a leader’s awareness to the rewards and consequences associated with the leadership expressions of competence, consistency, collaboration, and coaching.    This course examines several leaders whose behavior (good, bad, and evil) impacted people around them.  The student-leader will be better equipped to navigate treacherous terrains that could potentially compromise their qualifications for serving in a leadership role.

This course is designed to elevate a leader’s awareness to the rewards and consequences associated with one’s STANDARDS.  This course delve into   

understanding the importance of onboarding and orienting followers to the cultural norms and the expectations espoused by leaders of an organization.  The role of coaching for growth and sustainment is elaborated upon, as well as knowing how to properly use policies and  procedures for maximum efficiency and proficiency.
